    Hi there,

I have recently done a pull.  It has listed just about every file in the pending changes box.  When I try to build it tells me it cant because there are more than 200 items.

When I compare the files it tells me that they are the same.

is there any way I can clear the pending changes, the discard all doesn't seem to work.

Is there any way I can re-base line the IDE.

    Regards,

      Hi Hugh,

Thank you for your contacting us with this information.

May I please clarify with you if you use Git for TWS your projects?

The issue you are faced with can be caused by the Windows line-endings that were saved for the files in your TWS project in Git. Another case when the Windows line-endings can appear for these files applies after editing of the files by another editor.

The files inside TWS have UNIX line-endings. This is why all the files with Windows line-endings are present in the Pending changes list and are going to be built.

You can re-create your TWS project to solve this issue.

Another workaround for this issue that our developers have found is related to the Git operations.

Please let us know if this is acceptable for you.

      Thank you,

      Kate

        Hi there,

I use git for source control and have this plugged into TWS.  I will investigate the line endings.

          Hi Hugh,

Thank you for your response and for your collaboration.

Here is the article with the detailed information related to detecting line-endings in your Git repository and how to change these line-endings for your further work.

Please follow the steps that are described in the 'Refreshing a repository after changing line endings' paragraph.

After this, I kindly ask you to re-open your TWS project and check the 'Pending changes' list. Please let us know if you can build you files to Salesforce.

          Thank you,

          Kate
