      Hi Shaun,

Thank you for contacting us with this.

May I please clarify with you the next things so that we could detect the exact reason for the issue? Here they are:

           1) Do you run Anonymous Apex execution from the editor when the file is opened or do you use the option from the file's context menu in the Solution Explorer when the file is cloased?

           2) If you run execution when the file is opened, was there any code selected in the editor in this Anonymous Apex?

           3) Did you save your Anonymous Apex file before execution?

           4) Is the 'Open execution logs' checkbox enabled for this Anonymous Apex file?

           5) Do you create a separate Anonymous Apex file and run it or use the Immediate Apex execution?

Also, I kindly ask to reproduce the issue and send us a bug report with the attached log files directly from the IDE. These log files will help us greatly in our investiogation.

      Thank you,

      Kate

        >> file open in the editor

             2) If you run execution when the file is opened, was there any code selected in the editor in this Anonymous Apex?

        >> no text was selected

             3) Did you save your Anonymous Apex file before execution?

        >> probably not, I probably edited it and then ran it.

             4) Is the 'Open execution logs' checkbox enabled for this Anonymous Apex file?

        >> yes, usually.

             5) Do you create a separate Anonymous Apex file and run it or use the Immediate Apex execution?

        >> Always a file.

          Hi Shaun,

          Thank you for your response.

I kindly ask you to check if the issue would be reproduced when you disable the 'Open execution logs' checkbox.

Also, I kindly ask you to reproduce the issue and send us a bug report with the attached log files directly from the IDE. You can do this in the menu Help -> Report a Bug, please enable the 'Attach Log File' checkbox and put your email.

These files will help us greatly to detect a reason for the issue.

          Thank you,

          Kate
