In an Apex class, when I type a single quote (') and start typing some literal text, the code completion list keeps popping up trying to offer suggestions.
For example, typing this:
System.assertEquals('the sky is
results in the code completion list popping up after typing the ' and as I type each word of text.
Since I am not typing code, this is unnecessary and always auto-selects an incorrect word from the list when i press spacebar when typing a sentence. This is making the product nearly unusable for me.
Can you please fix this? I don't feel it is necessary to provide code completion when typing literal text within single quotes or comments.
As a suggestion, when I enter a quote (') I would like to see the ending quote (') immediately auto-inserted with the cursor placed before it so that all I have to do is type the text within it. I believe this is how most text editors like Sublime Text handles things.
