This deploys fine with VS Code. In Welkin, I get this error:

Deploy has finished with errors [10:48:52.748].

Source. Invalid reference Contact_Community_Role__c.Community_Role__c of type sobjectField in file paContainer.js: Source

    Update error: Source

    Here is the code:

    import PROPERTYROLE_FIELD from '@salesforce/schema/Contact_Community_Role__c.Community_Role__c';

The custom object and field are visible to all profiles.

      Hello Jonh.

      Thank you for your post.

I kindly ask you to reproduce this one more time and please send us a bug report with attached log files directly from the IDE - you can find this functionality in the menu Help -> Report a Bug, please specify your email and enable the 'Attach Log File' checkbox.

This way we would receive your TWS log files which could help us to find a reason for the error.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

      Regards,

      Ihor

          Hello Jonh.

Thank you for your bug report.

As a workaround, if this is acceptable to you, you could try to deploy changes in your LWC component together with the object (in your case: Contact_Community_Role__c). This way all the files would be deployed to your organization.
If you try this, please let me know about the result.

Also, I've shared the issue with our developers, and I will let you know when they have any additional result on this investigation.

          Thank you,
          Ihor

            Hi Ihor,

I tried selecting the object file and the LWC javascript file to deploy but only the JS file was attempted for deployment.  And I got the same error.  Is there another way to deploy the object file along with code?  The help documentation seems out of date because I don't have a Build menu or a context menu to Deploy Object.

              Hi Jonh.

Could you please to try to use the "Deploy to the organization" functionality? You have to choose your LWC component and the necessary object.

Anyway, we're working on finding out the best solution for this issue and we will fix this issue.

              I hope it should help.

              Looking forward to your response.

              Thank you for your time,

              Ihor.

I tried selecting the object and lWC component and trying "Deploy to the Organization" but got the same error.

                  Hello Jonh.

                  Sorry for the late reply.

Thanks for finding a time and getting in touch with us about this! It is a known issue, the ticket has been raised already and should be fixed within the one-week time span.

As for now, there is one possible workaround, which is to deploy the component altogether with the object which was referenced to, the important thing is that this object should be updated (might be just purely symbolic change).

We hope it could serve you while we work on the fix!

                  Best regards,

                  Ihor
