Hi Neel,
Thank you for your bug report and for bringing this to our attention!
After some investigation, we've found that, looks like, the issue applies to Lightning files only. May I please ask you to check if this is reproduced for you in other types of files?
In this case, if the issue is reproduced for Lightning files in your TWS project too, this can be caused by the fact that we use our custom editor for Lightning files. As a result of using this custom editor, some of the regular options can be absent or work improperly.
We are looking to the best way to solve such issue and soon our developers will work on this.

Yes, this defect is not on Apex class. But it repeating on all file lightning component bundle.
