[Solved] Log for Failed Test not availiable?



Log for Failed Test not availiable?

    Any idea why the log file for the failed test is not availiable?   I was forced to run the test under the developer console to see the log file.

    See attached screen shot.

      Hi Peter,


      Thank you for contacting us with this.


      May I please ask you to tell me if you have enabled the option for downloading of Salesforce log files from your organization in TWS?

      This option is available for you on the Logs panel (you can open it from the menu View -> Pads) - there is a toggle button 'Download Logs'. When this option is active, the IDE download log files and you can open them from the test result or see all of them in the separate panel.


      If you already enabled this option before, can you please disable it and then enable again, and then run a test and check if you will have an access to a log file? Please let me know if this works for you.
