I am trying to purchase a professional subscription online with Welkin Suite. I am receiving verification for the AMEX payment; however the payment redirect failed. When I log into Welkin, my profile says there is no payment history.
There is no message error; I just get I get redirected to this page:
My 30 day trial has expired and I would like to be able to continue working on projects that I have started. Please advise.
