I pull from Salesforce and it appears to update local files however when I try to push changes back to SFDC I get this error
Error: An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 1696993021-22777 (-216906406)

Hi Cristiano,
Thank you for contacting us with this.
The exception that you got in the Output panel is what Salesforce returns to the IDE during building your changes, and this is why the build process is failed.
You can contact Salesforce support to clarify what does mean this error code. Also, you can share this information with us and we will try to find a solution.
We will investigate which cases can cause this errors, however, since the IDE gets this error from Salesforce we cannot do anything to ignore it.
