The changes made to the project structure by my team member were not being reflected in my Welkins project, even after pulling changes from salesforce, so I tried to disable and re-enable project sync in my welkins, but I am getting "Sequence contains more than one matching element error".

Hi Sakhanal,
Thank you for contacting us with this issue.
The reason for this is corrupted file 'TWS_Sync_Data' on your Salesforce Org. Currently, I kindly ask you and your coworker to follow the next steps to solve the issue:
1. please disable project structure sync option in TWS for you and your coworker;
2. open your Organization on Salesforce and find the file 'TWS_Sync_Data' and delete it;
3. after this, enable the project structure sync option in TWS for your coworker - this way the new file will be created and it will contain the structure from your coworker's project;
4. then you can enable the option for you in the IDE.
Please let me know if this helps you to continue the work with synchronization the project structure in your team.
Our developers will investigate the reason why the file was corrupted.
Thank you,
Kate

I tried that, but it still throws the same error. It seems to have a problem with Layout structure sync. It works fine when I remove Layouts metadata from welkins and try to disable/re-enable sync. I checked Layouts metadata for my org and there doesn't seem to be any duplicate values.

Hi Sachet,
Thank you for your response with the update.
I'm glad that currently, you can continue your working process.
However, I kindly ask you to send us a bug report directly from the IDE - this option is available for you in the menu Help -> Report a Bug. Please enable the checkbox 'Attach Log File' and enter your email. This way we will receive your TWS log files and these logs can help us to find the reason for the error which you got.
As for the duplicated files, they were not present on your Salesforce Organization but files with the same names were created in your TWS project. You can create a new project related to the same Org and check if the issue would be reproduced.
Thank you,
Kate

I have sent the bug report directly through Welkins. I tried to attach the log to this post as well, but the file size exceeds the limit.
Thank you,

Hi Sachet,
Thank you for your bug report.
May I please ask you to check if there is a ':' symbol in the names of the Layouts files on your Salesforce Organization? Looks like exactly this is the reason for the 'TWS_Sync_data' file corruption. Also, this file can be present in your coworker's TWS project and this also can lead to the issue you are faced with.
If this acceptable for you, I kindly ask you to remove the 'TWS_Sync_data' file from your Org again, however, this time, please enable the project structure sync option on your TWS project ( without Layouts) first and after this, for your coworker. As a result, you will have the proper file without a duplicate value and you can continue your working process without further issues.
Our developers will solve the reason for the issue, and I will let you know when the fix for the issue will be available for you.
Thank you,
Kate

I didn't find ':' symbol in any layout name in my org. Please find list of layout attached.
FYI, I have removed the TWS sync static resources as you suggested and are currently working fine without layout metadata in the project.

Greetings,
Thank you for your response.
There are such symbols as '&', '/', '.', etc. in the names of your files. This is the reason for the issue which you are faced with when Layout files are present in your TWS project. Our developers will fix this.
I will keep you updated when we would solve this issue and you will be able to continue your working process with Layout metadata type in The Welkin Suite IDE.
Regards,
Kate

Hi Shakhanal,
Thank you for your question.
Several days ago, we released the Bloom R3 version of The Welkin Suite IDE, and part of the changes, which we made in this version, was related exactly to this issue.
I kindly ask you to update TWS and check if the issue is reproduced for you.
If you would be faced with the error again, please send us a bug report with attached log files directly from the IDE.
The full list of changes in The Welkin Suite Bloom R3 you can find here.

Kate
