When I click on Project Metadata Components, next to the subscribe, a red X is showing up with the following message "Some problem ocurred during loading metadata". I can' retrieve the data from my sandbox anymore. Anyone knows how to solve it?

I got the following from C:\ProgramData\TheWelkinSuite\Application logs.

      Hello Adriano.

We just started to investigate an exact reason for the issue and we will back to your the nearest days with our results on this or, probably, with some additional questions.

      Best regards,
      Ihor

        Hi Adriano.

We have already fixed this issue and released a new version: The Welkin Suite Bloom R33.
Could you please update your app and try to create a new project one more time?

        Thanks,
        Ihor

It worked. I have created a new project and now I am able to get the objects, but it is not showing up the Installed packaged items anymore.

For instance, I have some classes from installed packaged that I was able to get locally but, now I can see anymore when I select the Project Metadata Components. Is it related to the fix?

            Hello Adriano.

We are looking into the issue you have contacted us with, unfortunately, it has not been reproduced so far.

Could you please share some details (screenshots)?

I just retested your case and I have got the classes from the managed packages. (please take a look on the attached screenshot)

            Regards,

            Ihor

Hey ... This topic is 7 days old but we are still facing the original issue. I have the R33 but still on all sandboxes with the preview release I am not able to get custom metadata.

Only on our production org with the old release.

                Hello Markus.

                Thank you for your post.

I kindly ask you to reproduce this one more time and please send us a bug report with attached log files directly from the IDE - you can find this functionality in the menu Help -> Report a Bug, please specify your email and enable the 'Attach Log File' checkbox.
This way we would receive your TWS log files which could help us to find a reason for the error.

                Best Regards,

                Ihor
