I debated putting this in Feature Requests but the tooltips say you can use things like Ctrl+C for Copy and Ctrl+V for Paste so I guess it's a bug. 

It would be really nice to be able to use ^C and others in the SOQL results window, both just when you have a cell selected and when you're actually editing a cell.
