Currently, the custom project structure option doesn't allow moving folders inside TWS project. We will investigate additionally what we can do for this.

At the same time, as a workaround, you can use multiple files selection and move them to the necessary location.

Moving all files from within an Aura bundle to a separate folder is not really a workaround. I will wait for your investigation.

We will be happy to implement this ability, however, right now I cannot tell you when exactly this will be done.

This requires additional investigations and it can take some time.

I will let you know when we will work on adding an ability to move folders across a project structure.
