I am unable to create a new project, I suspect it is due to I am behind corporate proxy/firewalls which normally need to be configured in eclipse.
I can't find where to set the proxy in WelkinSuite.

Did you try the regular proxy settings in Windows? Most Microsoft software uses this part for their connection information. Its located at:
Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan Settings
Try to set them up over here and test again.

The network setting are setup correctly.
The workstation is locked down in a large government environment, so I can't change most settings.
For eclipse and mavensmate I had to manually configure proxy settings specifically in the app.

Hi Damien,
Ron was correct that by default The Welkin Suite uses global system configuration for proxy server and we don't have possibility to change this in TWS directly at the moment.
However we've added this request to our list and will work on it as part of our next releases - hopefully we'll add it within one month.

Recently we have added the proxy setting that is mentioned in the related topic to the IDE to default, so now you don't need to change anything manually to set up the necessary proxy configuration for TWS.
