I want to inform you that your suggestion related to debugging Log files from the Apex Log Editor is already implemented inside The Welkin Suite.

I want to pay your attention that debugging from a log file requires the next log levels:

• Apex Code - Finest;
• System - Finest;
• Database - Info;
• Apex Profiling - Error;
• Callout - Error;
• Validation - Error;
• VisualForce - Error;
• Workflow - Error.

You can set these levels in the Log panel before Downloading your log files.
