It would be nice to not have to scroll my very log list of classes, pages, objects (that open automatically) to get to see the 'folder' to right click to add a new file.

Perhaps you could put in the right click context menu (the one that opens when right click one of the files in a folder) also have the Add> button available. This would then add a file in the folder of the file that you are right clicking in.

Not a big deal, but save a lot of scrolling around, many times a day.

      Hi Kurt,

Thank you for sharing this suggestion also.

We will consider the best way to make adding a new file to the necessary folder convenient.

I'm not sure that we will implement the additional command 'Add' to the context menu of a file in the Solution Explorer, however this could be useful in the Project menu with the ability to add file a new file to a folder where an active file is located.

Currently, you can also use the 'Collapse All' command in the Solution Explorer for quick navigation to the necessary folder to create a file.

I will let you know about our updates on this.

      Best regards,

      Kate
