Is there any chance of getting a portable installation, which we could run from a thumbdrive across machines?

Thanks for joing us!
The Welkin Suite is built on top of the Visual Studio Isolated Shell, and unfortunately right now there are no options to build portable products with VSIS.
If your use case is related to a massive deployment of The Welkin Suite - as an option we may suggest adding silent installation options to our backlog. What do you think about this?

Silent install wouldn't solve my particular case, but it sounds like a good idea eventually. :-)
