Hi There - I've pulled the source from our packaging org and would like to force deploy a couple of objects to my dev org.
Using Deploy/Deploy to Organization, I authorize my dev org, but TWS then returns the error 'There are no items to deploy in the source project', followed by 'The CancellationTokenSource has been disposed'.
The only issue I can think of is that the namespaces are different between the orgs. Is this the issue?

Have you already tried to use the "Deploy to another organization" feature?
Also, I kindly ask you to reproduce this one more time and please send us a bug report with attached log files directly from the IDE - you can find this functionality in the menu Help -> Report a Bug, please specify your email and enable the 'Attach Log File' checkbox.
This way we would receive your TWS log files which could help us to find a reason for the error.

Hey Ihor - That's the feature (Deploy to organization) that is resulting in the error. I'll try to reproduce it tomorrow.
