    Good afternoon,


    Im using The welkin Suite to create a DX Project. I have a Regular Organizations where Im not able to create a scratch org and a SDFX organizations where I can create a scratch org.


    The problem is when I select the second one to create the scratch org after filled all the fields and press the next button then this message appear:


    "Failed to create scratch organization"

    "You do not have access to the [ScracthOrgInfo] object."


    Does anybody know how to fix this or what it means?

      Hi zapatillo,


      Thank you for contacting us with this issue.

      It appears that the error message that is returned to you is from the SalesforceDX CLI itself, so it is not able to create the Scratch Organization due to some reasons.

      Can I please ask you to try creating the org directly from the SFDX CLI using the force:org:create command? Please let us know if it will return the same result.

      Can you please also clarify if you have an active DevHub organization and if you have added it to The Welkin Suite's organizations manager or to the SFDX CLI?
