Yes, same thing here.  I've tried two or three different email addresses and get the same Trello bounceback from all.  Sad state of affairs because I'm on a trial and I really like the product.

I am experiencing the same issue.  Not able to reach support and receive the following email:  

Hello,

The Trello board Test Suppirt has reached its maximum number of cards. In order to add more cards to the board, archive some of the existing cards.

Try reaching out to sf@polytech.software as there is some sort of relationship with this company reference.  I've loved using this IDE and depend on it as well and running into this similar issue.

I have same issue contacting the "info@welkinsuite.com" via email for support, I have paid for this software.   I have sent many times 2 months ago (June) email for support issue, but still no response (now is mid Aug) yet.  I notice that there has not been any new release for long time (year+).  At one time (June, when I tried to reach them) the "welkinsuite.com" domain (website) was actually down (not reachable) for some time, but now it is up. 

I am not sure if Welkin Suite is still in business or not.

I have been using this software for a few years and I like it.  If this software is not supported any more, I have no choice but switch to other software (IDE), very sad.  I am not going to renew my license which will expire soon, until I hear their response and see that they still plan to develop/support this software.
