    Hello,

I have a project that started to throw an error when I do a pull from salesforce (I'm including the error message as an image). The error states that the possible reason can be:

    * insufficient space on your drive: Nop, have 140 Gb free

    * Insufficient permission: Don't think so, I created the project with this same user in my own computer, where i'm admin, there should be no issue with that, also as welkin was the one that created all those files

    * Project files are opened and blocked by other applications: No, only one Welkin open, and nothing else is using any of those files.

Any idea what can be wrong with this?

    Thank you.

      Hi Francisco,

Thank you for your reporting the bug.

I kindly ask you to send us your log file. There we can find more details about the reason for this issue.

You can do it the next way: please reproduce this issue one more time and use Main Menu -> Help -> Report a Bug; there you can describe your steps or enter the link to this post; in addition you should make sure that the 'Attach Log File' checkbox is marked.

            Hi Francisco,

Thank you for your providing us your Log file.

We have found the reason for your issue: in the name of the one Layout file, there is the symbol which is perceived by the IDE as a path delimiter.

This is why the Pull process with this file cannot be completed: the IDE recognizes the name as the folder and file, although in fact there is only a file.

This is the bug inside TWS, so we will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Currently you can Pull your project from TWS without Layouts or change the name of the file which can be perceived as a folder and file names.

            Regards,

            Kate

              Hi,

Maybe this is not related, but I got the same error when TWS was trying to delete files locally (they were already deleted in the org)

                Hi Victor,

                Thank you for your post.

May I please clarify with you what exact error do you mean. Is this the error from the screenshot of from the log file which is attached?

This will be the most informative for us to understand the reason for your issue if you send us your Log file or the bug report from the IDE.

                Thank you,

                Kate

                  Hi Kate,
I am not able to send you the logs. But yes, I mean the exact error as on screenshot in first post.
I deleted files manually from the file system and error is gone.
P.S. I always run TWS with admin rights.

                    Hi Victor,

Thank you for the additional information.

The error from the screenshot appears in several cases, so the reason for your issue can be another than for the failed pull process.

We will try to reproduce this one and understand the reason for it.

May I please clarify with you if these files were deleted exactly on Salesforce or somebody could delete them via another IDE.

What is the metadata type of these files?

We will appreciate your details for our investigation process.

                    Thank you,

                    Kate

This has been happening to me as well. It's happened in 27.5 once in the span of a week, but on the day I updated to 27.6 it's happened twice.

Scratch that, three times, just happened to me again as I was typing this post and doing my morning file refresh.

Like the OP, I've also removed a couple of files from a zipped static resource when this happened. Since then, it's refused to update that particular file. Running the suite as administrator does not help, either.

                        Hi Amnon,

Thank you that you wrote us.

I should ask you to provide us with your Log file also to understand the reason for your issue.

You can send us a bug report from the IDE (Main Menu -> Help -> Report a Bug) for it, or attach the file here.

You will find it in the next folder: '%AppData%\Microsoft\AppEnv\12.0\'.

We will appreciate your help in our investigation process.

                        Thank you,

                        Kate
