Just started seeing this. If I have some SOQL files saved in a project and open one, I can see the contents of the file for a second then it vanishes. The file title gets a * and you can just press ^Z to get it back.
Pretty weird.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for sharing this information with us.
Our developers found a reason for this issue, and they have already found the way to solve it. This is related to the refreshing of the Schema Object Explorer in the SOQL Query Builder when you open your existing file.
We will release their changes in the next version of The Welkin Site IDE.

I want to inform you that we have just released the updated version of The Welkin Suite - Bloom R5. It includes the fix for the current issue.
So now you can continue your work with SOQL query files as usual without any issues.
