May I please ask you to tell me if you have selected any local tests for the deployment from your TWS project to your remote Org?

Also, I kindly ask you to check if the tests from your remote Organization can be loaded in the IDE - please follow the next steps for this:

     1. please create a new project in TWS which is related to the Organization which you have used as remote one;

     2. open the Test Result panel (menu View -> Test Results);

     3. click on the 'Run' icon.

Do you see the list of available tests in the 'Run tests' wizard? If it is empty, please click 'Refresh List' button.

In addition, can you please reproduce the issue one more time and send us a bug report directly from the IDE? This option is available for you in the menu Help -> Report a Bug. Please enable the 'Attach Log File' checkbox and put your email. This way we will receive your TWS logs - they will help us to find the reason why you get a blank table using the 'Run specified tests' during your deployment.
