SELECT Id FROM OrderThis query says "Warning 2 Message: mismatched input 'WHERE' expecting BY, position 0 C:\...\Order.soql 0 0".
It also produces the correct results, though.

Are orders enabled in your Org?
Go to SETUP, type Order Settings in the quick find box. Click Order Settings and ensure that Enable Orders is checked
I missed that you mentioned these were warnings. I normally have my warnings turned off. I see two warnings also:
Warning 1 Message: missing Identifier at 'Order', position 15 C:\MyPath\order.soql 0 15
Warning 2 Message: mismatched input '<EOF>' expecting BY, position 20 C:\MyPath\order.soql 0 20

I've never used them before and stared at the screen for a while before seeing the issue.. I think it's a TWS - not Salesforce - parsing issue where it confuses the 'Order' sObject type and the 'ORDER BY' part of the query.
