Thank you for sharing your feature request with us.

We are currently reviewing our plans and approach regarding support of all other metadata types, that are not currently supported by the IDE. There are both advantages and disadvantages in including all metadata as a part of the project. We are looking for the best way to minimize disadvantages and to cover all (or all common) usage scenarios for all ‘non-very-common’ metadatas.

We greatly appreciate use-cases and the list of the needed metadata types that you shared with us. This could help us to understand the biggest necessities and to provide you with exactly these functionalities.

 I definitely agree with Jodiem, the more metadata you support, the better is. I would add page layout assignments on profiles to the list.

We are going to release The Welkin Suite version that would support all the metadata types before the end of June.

The Named Credentials metadata type would be also available for you beginning from this upcoming version of the IDE.
