The hotkeys for the auto format of a code is already present in The welkin Suite.

The shortcut that you have mentioned (Ctrl+K+D) is actual for Visualforce pages.

If you work with classes or triggers, please use the Ctrl+Q hotkey.

The whole list of the supported shortcut keys you can find in the following way: Main Menu -> Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Keyboard.
