When editing FLS settings on an object, I like to use the Filter Profiles tool to select out the 8 or so custom profiles I care about for this particular organization. When I go to update or refresh, this filter is cleared and I have to go through the filter process over and over again. 

It would be nice to have a way to save and quickly recall a special subset of profiles as a filter, or at very least preserve filter settings between refreshes. IDE wide would be handy as I always care about the same set of profiles for a given org...
