This looks as a miss in initial implementation on our side. What do you think is the best hotkey for executing current anonymous apex file (taking into account that F5 is used for building the project).

We deffo need a hotkey for this! Especially as Anon Apex runs super fast, it would be awesome to not have to move off the keyboard to execute it (bascially to see any compile errors).

This is present in our plans for one of the nearest versions of the IDE.

I will let you know when we will add the hotkey for an Anonymous Apex execution.

Hey,

I would also add a possibility to execute anonymous code several times automatically, by using a number field somewhere around the Execute and Execute Highlighted buttons. That would really help with updating a large amount of data using a simple script and not Data Loader or Batch Apex.

We are going to work on both these feature requests: a shortcut for Anonymous Apex execution and an ability to execute Anonymous Apex several times, and we will add them during the nearest months.
