I have twice created a custom menu item with select commands in it, and twice, after close, the custom menu is gone.

What do I have to do to save this menu and be able to reuse it?

Side question: There used to be a Format Document (Ctrl+K, Ctrl+D) command, but it is "not currently available" when I try to run it. How come? I see Ctrl+Q has replaced this.

    Thanks

      Hi GMGrimley,

Thank you for contacting us with this issue.

Can I please confirm some details with you:

      - You are creating a custom menu using the "Customize..." button on the toolbar/menu bar. Is this correct?

      - Does it disappear each time you close TWS or you have experienced this issue sometimes?

      - If it disappears just sometimes - do you remember if TWS was updated at that time? (you might have "Changelog" window opened after starting TWS)

This information will help us to investigate and fix the issue you are faced.

      Thank you,

      Kate

Yes, I did create a custom menu using Customize button in the toolbar/menu. This is in TWS for PC.

        - Does it disappear each time you close TWS or you have experienced this issue sometimes?

I created my first one, and upon close and restart of TWS, the menu was gone. I then tried again a few days later, and upon close and restart, the menu was gone again.

        - If it disappears just sometimes - do you remember if TWS was updated at that time? (you might have "Changelog" window opened after starting TWS)

I will try again with both the Mac and PC versions and monitor versions, but I didn't see a changelog nor did I update TWS.

I manually updated Welkin to 1.0.31.4 and my custom menu has remained after closing and restarting.

            Thanks!
