Our temples approach doesn't allow custom templates creation at the moment. However it is already in our list of features to implement and we aim to do this as soon as possible.

I hope this is still on the roadmap to be done soon. I've started using TWS exclusively and this is the one thing I really miss. Or at least gives us a Test Class template.
I love it though. So much more productive than eclipse.

Hi,
Thank you for the suggestion about the Test Class template. We want to ask you about the other templates that you want to see in our IDE. Can you please list them?
You even can send us full information about templates with the code, and we will include them into The Welkin Suite. Of course with the author indication.
