I had an error after I upgraded and posted that here. Looks like there is no fix so I'm creating a new project. I have many anonymous apex and SOQL files from my old project. I'm trying to drag and drop from my local directory but nothing happens. I do this all the time in Visual Studio for my C# projects.

Anyone know how I can get all these files into my new project?

    Thanks

    Michael

      Hi Michael,

      Thank you for your post.

Currently, the functionality for adding files from local folder to your TWS project isn't implemented inside The Welkin Suite.

This feature request is already present in our working plan.

As a workaround, you can create new files and copy/paste the necessary code.

I'll keep you updated when the import files functionality will be available in TWS.

      Regards,

      Kate

        Hi Michael,

I hope you are doing well.

Since the current feature request was implemented in the previous version of the welkin Suite IDE, I'll be happy to close this topic as Implemented.

Here you can find all the information on how to add your existing SOQL queries and Anonymous Apex files to your new project.

More than that, you can add other existing files, like apex classes, objects, triggers, etc., to your new project, moving them to an appropriate subfolder in the project folder -> src and using the 'Refresh project according to sources' command from the menu Project. Please find more info on this here.

Hope this brings a little pleasure to your working process.

If you have any questions on these on any other functions in the IDE, please let us know.

        Have a nice day!

        Regards,

        Kate
