If I create a field on an object, say lead, and I want to duplicate that field in the account and/or opportunity objects (so they can be mapped during the conversion process), it would be nice if I could simply click on the field(s) in the Lead object and then copy and paste them to other objects.

Hi Marc,
Thank you for your suggestion.
We like your idea and agree that this will be the useful possibility to save time in managing objects' fields.
I've added this to our development backlog and our developers will work on this.
I will keep you updated when we will implement this option in the IDE.
Currently, you can copy a code from one object XML file to another and deploy these changes to get the same field.
Regards,
Kate

Hi Kate,
I did end up copying the XML code to duplicate the fields, but since they were no adjacent (naturally) it took a bit longer, but being able to do that from within your tool it was definitely a timesaver.
Thanks for all the good work and looking forward to the new features.
Marc

Hi!
Since the current feature request was implemented in the Blaze R11 (for Mac) and Bloom R16 (for Windows) versions of TWS, I'll close the current topic.
If you have any other suggestions, please let us know - we are always happy to hear them.
Thank you,
Kate
