Twitter #askforce Integration

All you have to do is select the necessary part of the code, right-click and then choose '#askforce about the code' option in the context menu. Then you will get a window with a screenshot of the code, and a field in which you can enter the text of your tweet, with the predefined hashtags #askforce and #askwelkin already added.
